10 Meeting House Road Cozy 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhouse to sublet, lease is up in November. My girlfriend and I are moving in together pending finding someone to sublet, so I need to find someone that will move in during the first week of August. Furnished kitchen (electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher) is clean and was updated less than a year ago; it features plenty of cabinet space and a good sized pantry. Living room is wide and spacious and has a large glass door that opens to a small patio area with storage shed. A coat closet is right off the living room and next to the half bath. Under the stairs is a nicely-sized storage area. Walk upstairs and you'll see the two rooms: a larger master bedroom and a second, smaller bedroom. The large master bedroom is indeed spacious and fits a queen sized mattress very comfortably. It has a swing-door closet that easily fits all of your things. Leaving the large master bedroom, to your right, is a linen closet, and after the linen closet, is the full bathroom. I've never encountered an instance where hot water ran out, despite some very long showers. Lastly, the second bedroom is a little smaller than the master bedroom and makes for a great office. It also features a small closet. The floor plan is available at at the Woods of Centerville website, it is the Walnut Springs layout. There are no washer/dryer hookups, but laundry facilities are a quick stroll down the sidewalk. Carpeting throughout the apartment. My last utility bills (gas for the water heater, water, and electricity) totaled around $105 last month and I had the AC running pretty constant. The apartment is cable-ready. The leasing office features a small workout area, a clubhouse for gatherings, and a pool. There is a volleyball court and two playgrounds for kids. The nearby Centerville schools (Driscoll is less than ten minutes away) are excellent. Pets are okay, but may impact your monthly rent; please ensure you mention this. Parking is open parking, but your neighbors won't bother you and take your spot. There's usually plenty of open spots nearby in this section of the complex if you have guests over. The neighborhood is very quiet. The leasing office provides covered parking for a fee each month, but there's no covered parking immediately near the unit. I-675 is a 5 minute drive away, WPAFB is less than a 20 minute drive away. The next exit up (exit 10) features all of the luxuries and amenities of The Greene. Shoot me an email to me if you're interested in checking it out and to meet with the leasing office to process the appropriate paperwork. Thanks! Utilities are extra; I paid about $105 last month for the electric, water, gas, and trash.
