These renovations include: changing the layout of the walls, installation of wood floors, new kitchen with designer maple cabinets with crown modeling, recessed lighting, granite counter tops, new windows and doors, new appliances and ceiling fan. In addition, we added a 2-car garage and replaced the deck of the patio. The total living space as the result of these renovations is 2,095sq.feet and not 1,780 which you list. The cost of these renovations was $150,000. Please also note that the house next to ours (3 Martin Lane) which did not have all these renovations and upgrades sold for $469,000.
