You will stay dry in the winter and be in the shade in the summer. You can lounge outside all year long undercover. Trailer must be 2005 or newer and can be up to 24 ft. 2 people max and no animals. No alcoholics or druggies! You will be renting the RV space only, not the land! Provided with the RV space will be water, sewer, and a garbage can. The electric will be paid by you and is on its own meter. $520 first months rent + $520 last months rent + $200 security deposit = $1240. Must sign a rental agreement.
