This area of Central New York is well known for its wildlife conservation and excellent hunting and producing mature bucks in the area, as well as bear, turkey and grouse for hunting. The property borders Bowman Lake State Forest, which adds an additional 967 acres for additional hunting, hiking as well as trout fishing on Bowman Lake, which also features a public beach, picnic area and miles of hiking trails. This property is located on a snowmobile trail, which provides miles of winter fun for the sledding enthusiast. While this property is in a private and secluded location, amenities are available just 2.5 miles away in the historic village of Oxford, as well as 9.5 miles away in Norwich. The property is only 1 hour from Binghamton and just over 3 hours to NYC/George Washington Bridge. There is a log splitter included.
