Needs a lot of work so someone that is handy is preferred. I am willing to negotiate a lower price based on getting this place back into a more livable condition. Currently there are no appliances in the kitchen so you will need to bring your own refrigerator/stove/etc. The trailer does have a covered carport that can fit two vehicles easily. There is plenty of parking on site. It sits on a 79 acre lot that we also live on and you will have access to any amenities the property offers such as fishing on the big lake and any deer that you shoot. There is an easment direct off the highway that leads to the home. Again, this place is not pretty but if you're willing to help us get this trailer in better shape we are absolutely willing to rent this at a much lower total cost. I need to have plumbers come in and install pex piping and that is not an upfront cost that I really want to deal with right now. If it is something that either you are able to do yourself or are willing to front that cost the rent will be even lower. We have two German shepherd dogs that live on the property that are very friendly. Our house is about a 3 minute walk from the trailer offered. Owner pays for water. Renter will pay electric. Last month rent due at signing. Smoking is allowed but not preferred. No more than 2 dogs/cats.
