This tract has about 200 feet of road frontage but almost 1,500 feet of depth, extending from Copp Hill Road all the way to a scenic marsh at the far back. Along the way the topography rises and falls, with two creeks winding their way through. The property starts about 70 yards from where Copp Hill Road transitions to a "class 6" road not maintained by the town. So you'll need to do your own plowing in the winter, install one or two electric poles to connect to the grid, and there are extra complexities involved with building off a class 6 road that you'll need to clear with town hall. If you opt not to build right away, private campsites are allowed in this district and may be used for 120 days consecutively.
