Topography is gently sloped on the west side of the road with an open area large enough to park a camper or build a camp on. The east side of the property is sloped down towards Sing Sing Creek and is manageable for walking. The road leading to the property is a dead end road that is no longer maintained by the town and has very little use which creates a very secluded and private lot. When I walked the property I noticed some larger red oaks, pines, hemlocks and some soft and hard maples scattered throughout. Few ATV truck trails that run through the middle of the property.
