Nice chunk of Maine woods - was commercially harvested probably in the 90s...lots of moose signs (I think the moose are actually keeping the ROW pruned out). Great spot for off the grid camp The back line is about 1000' fntg along New Stream - which is approx 2500' through the woods from easterly line. No pins appeared to have been set. Access via seasonal private gravel road - then 50' ROW spur road. What great adventures you can have here. Not far from area lakes and rivers. 13 miles to Sunrise Trail. Not in Tree Growth. Stream seen in MLS pics is Bog Stream- a tributary of New Stream & does not run through subject property.
