    Weaver homes provided for a very structured and orderly step by step process, from our initial offer/sales agreement to occupation of our new condominium. All steps in the process, specifically and such as, selecting lighting, plumbing, floor and other finishes, were so well coordinated, that it was a very pleasant experience to complete this process. The project manager of our unit was as informative as a new homebuyer would appreciate, never defensive in addressing inquiries about the building process. We were kept up to date on all progress of our unit and invited in at key points to observe and make any inquiries we may have of the progress to date. The finishes of the Builder and all sub-contractors demonstrates an underlying attention to detail. The quality of finishes and the move in condition, can be noted throughout our new home. Our list of items to be reviewed at the 45 day occupancy review is very minimal and I am confident these few items will be simply resolved by the builder.
