Simple to deal with, responsive to calls. Could have given more and better information regarding HOA.

Our dream hope was delivered! My wife‘s kitchen, my man cave and all of the rest of the house fit the bill and the finished product delivered was exactly what we wanted. Tom was awesome to work with and Erica was very pleasant to work with even though we had changed so many things. She was patient and very helpful.

The experience with S&A was very challenging. The up front sales process was great dealing with Destiny and Matt. The selection process was a bit challenging because a number of the things we wanted in the home were not options. We would have been much better off from an overall experience and cost standpoint to go with a custom builder, but we went with S&A because of the location. In the building process and especially in the closing process there was significant lack of quality in the home. Our initial punch list was over 50 items long with some of those items being prohibitive for us to even occupy the house. S&A should stick to low cost, low price building based on the way they manage the building process and the quality of the subcontractors they engage. We ultimately ended up with a home that we enjoy, but the cost and hassle to get to that point was definitely not worth it. There is no regard for quality. There is no regard for the little details along the way. There is no accountability in the project manager ranks. There are good people who treat you well across the board so this is not personal or “customer service” feedback. S&A is low quality builder that cares much more about quantity and cutting corners than they do about the buyer and their unique needs.
