The newly developed Homestead at Hook Farms neighborhood is located in Lee's Summit, MO on Southwest Pryor Road, just three miles south of I-470. The neighborhood will consist of 260 newly constructed single-family homes spread across the 155 acre Hunt Midwest development. Hook Farms will offer all your favorite community amenities including a neighborhood swimming pool with cabana, hammock garden and fire pit, community garden, walking trails, and 65+ acres of green space. The neighborhood sits within the Lee's Summit School District making it a great choice for families with children in Hawthorne Hill Elementary, Summit Lakes Middle school, and Lee's Summit West High. The neighborhood will feature two distinct areas: Homestead at Hook Farms and The Retreat at Hook Farms, which will offer spacious homesites, and homebuyers will have plenty of options to choose from when it comes to home designs.
