Lease Terms Include:
12 months @ $2,660/month entire unit
$300 non-refundable move-in fee paid on move-in to condo association
$500 refundable security deposit required by HOA (can be uncashed check) paid on move-in to condo association
+$50/month per pet (max two pets)
$200 refundable pet security deposit per pet
One month + refundable security deposit (1 month of rent) are to be paid at signing.
Tenant(s) is/are responsible for paying utilities and internet (water and sewer are included with rent). 2 assigned covered parking spots in garage are also included at no extra cost and can be used for guest parking.
Maintenance requests have a monthly deductible of $75 upon resolving the issue (for legitimate standard wear-and-tear urgent issues like HVAC not working or leaking pipes, this will be waived).
Early termination of lease has $1,000 early termination fee, forfeits security deposit, plus an additional $500 for every remaining month rounded up.
