There is a maximum of three (3) pets permitted per unit, and all pets must receive management approval before they can be moved into the community. We use PetScreening.com to review all pets and ensure residents understand our pet policies. After completing your profile and paying the one-time Profile Fee to PetScreening, you'll receive a Fido Score that determines approval and any applicable pet fee (non-refundable). With a Fido score of 5, the pet fee is $300; Fido score of 4, $400; or Fido score of 3, $500. We do not accept pets with a Fido score below 3. In addition, there is a pet rent fee of $25/month for each approved pet. Applicants with pets must complete their PetScreening profile before the community can issue a move-in statement or lease.
