Maintenance requests have a monthly deductible of $75 upon resolving the issue (for legitimate standard wear-and-tear urgent issues like HVAC not working or leaking pipes, this will be waived).
Early termination of lease has $1,000 early termination fee, forfeits security deposit, plus an additional $500 for every remaining month rounded up.
