There is private off street parking for residents. There is a large back yard for your use in summer. We maintain all the lawns, plow lot in winter and shovel walks. All of our buildings, apartments, and grounds are NON SMOKING. Also, we are sorry but this building is a no pets building for cats and dogs. We do not turn applicants away for lower credit, but we do run credit and background on all applicants. You are required to supply them to us upon application submission. One year lease required.
