Welcome to "Salisbury Sol", a dog-friendly apartment located on the 2nd and 3rd levels, just 1 block to the beach & 3 blocks to the Salisbury Center. Newly renovated & designed, this property sleeps 6 people (2 in the primary bedroom with king bed, 2 in the second bedroom with two twin beds & 2 on the living room sleeper sofa). This is 1 of 2 units on property (the other rental unit is located on the ground level), with a shared common back yard area with fun amenities... "Here Comes The Sun!"
The space
FEATURES: Approximately 1,200 square feet, washer/dryer in the unit, high-speed internet, 3 smart TVs located in the living room, primary bedroom & second bedroom (with ability to log into your streaming services), heat, window AC units, private front and back decks, common back yard area with hammock, swinging chairs, gas grill and gas firepit (shared with the downstairs unit), fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances (except dishwasher), and cookware, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker & tea kettle, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, 1 sleeper sofa, 2 bathrooms with stand up showers, clean linens, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided for all guests, dining table for 6 people and parking for 2 vehicles side-by-side on the right side of the driveway. This is 1 of 2 units on property. The other unit is also a short-term vacation rental located on the ground level. "Salisbury Sol" was recently professionally designed & furnished in April 2025. We take pride in offering a fun and unique space for our Salisbury Beach visitors! All the indoor and outdoor furniture is new - the couch, chairs, table, bar stools, beds, linens, towels, desk etc.
*Available for 30-day or more rental February 11, 2026 - April 30, 2026
*No smoking or vaping of any product or substance is permitted in the Accommodations, common areas of the Building or near Building entrances
*The owner pays all utilities
* Booking includes and is protected by our damage protection program (fee is $50/stay)
*Unit inspection is required once a month with 24-hour notice. You may request cleaning service during your stay at an additional cost
*We collect the first and last month's rent once the booking is confirmed (for 60+ days bookings)
*We ask all guests, upon confirmation of the booking, to complete the Guest Information form and acknowledge the Short Rental Agreement. These requirements are important for the smooth operation of our property and to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests
