This beautiful brick bungalow is only 4 blocks from Wash Park and consists of a renovated garden-level apartment with 2 bedrooms (both about the same size), 1 large bathroom (dual sinks), and full kitchen, and a fairly decent storage space with it's own entrance off the front of the house, as well as an entrance to the backyard - the upstairs and downstairs spaces are 100% separated from each other - they do share the laundry room. There is a long-term renter upstairs. The current renters say, "We don't really see the upstairs renter - he is really nice and quiet, but we have our own space and this setup really works out great." The garden-level apartment gets really good light all day and stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The average renter has kept the space for 2+ years over the last 15 years. This space is also dog friendly with easy access to the side yard for doing its business. The front porch is amazing (you can even see over the houses across the street and see mountains) and a great backyard with a lawn. * Happy to rent month-to-month from now through August. -- Happy to extend a longer lease over the winter. * Tenants pay only 40% of the cost of gas/elec, water, and Internet in the house. * Dogs are welcome FOR FREE - NO additional cost. -- Sorry, no cats are allowed. * This street is great as there is always plenty of room for street parking.
