This home includes mid century modern features, a basement storage unit, a covered bike rack, an onsite walking trail, an onsite gas firepit, a conventional oven / air fryer combo, a two burner electric stovetop, and two on site card operate rated washer / dryer combos in a shared laundry room. Each apartment comes with one dedicated parking spots and there are a few extra visitor spots around the property. We ask all potential tenants to apply with us first before scheduling a showing.
