We are the owners of this property and are hands on landlords. We do not use a rental agency so you will deal directly with us. The house is well maintained and has been thoroughly cleaned. The home is located close to the amenities center which has a very nice pool, volleyball, bocci ball, pickle ball courts and a dog park. The house is on a perimeter lot with a pond and cultivated palm trees abutting the back yard. Kitchen, living room and bathrooms have tile floors, the bedrooms are carpeted. The house has all appliances including washer and drier. The house is unfurnished. Please note that the picture of the floor plan is reversed. We will consider a small pet. We require first and last month's rent plus 1 month security deposit prior to occupancy. Renter is required to comply to all community HOA rules and regulations. We will be accepting rental applications and performing credit and background checks. Minimum 1 year lease. We will consider a small pet. No smoking allowed in the building of garage.
