There is a private fenced in back yard available for the use of just Unit B. Additionally, this property offers off street parking. Parking is on the left side of the driveway. Available parking is 1 car wide and 2 cars deep. There is no cooling at this property. Only a short distance away from the Perry Light Rail station for easy commute downtown, as well as Sloan's Lake park. Tennyson St is a short drive away to enjoy restaurants or shopping. This property has easy access to both 6th Avenue and Colfax Avenue for dining and shopping. Approved applicants can resubmit credit information later if credit score is improved to 660+.
