We live in a beautiful location in the mountains with great views of Boulder, plenty of land and we would like to have a renter that will enjoy the elements of the mountains (wind, snow and nature). We would prefer to have a quiet mountain savvy person(s) without pets but we'll conceder 1 cat.

Located in Fourmile Canyon Drive near the Switzerland Trail (vast hiking/biking playground), Betasso Reserve and Gold Hill. Our property is 12 acres of mountain land with lots of hiking trails or snowshoeing, etc.
