All the parking in the front driveway is for the upstairs tenants. In the summer street parking is available on the street in front of the house. All three floors share the back covered patio, back yard, and storage in the non-functioning garage. Tenant is responsible for snow shoveling their own parking space, and the path to the parking space from their door. Landlord pays electric, gas, heat, water, internet, lawn care, garbage, etc. Please factor these savings into your affordable rent calculation, as tenant is not expected to pay these expenses on top of their rent. Tenant pays the deposit and prorated first month's rent on the date the lease is signed. Accept rent payments via Venmo or Zelle. Landlord prefers 1-year leases to begin; negotiable.
