This accommodation is equipped with 1 full-sized bed, a tiny kitchenette/coffee station area, a tiny hand sink, a wet bath combination, a camping-style toilet and shower combination, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a Roku smart TV. A small fire pit with 1 table and 2 chairs is available outside of the tiny home. This Tiny House is located on the host's property in the Belmont Park area of Cranston/Warwick, RI, in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood tucked away near the Pawtuxet River. It's a great, affordable option for a quick stay, 5 minutes from the airport and I-95, and 10 minutes from downtown Providence. Parking is available on the street next to the tiny house under the tree. This is a minimalism-style accommodation, very similar to camping, and is located on the host's property. For liability and safety purposes, visitors are not permitted in the unit; only registered guests are allowed on the property. During the winter months, when temperatures drop below freezing, the water system in the camper is not operational due to frozen pipes. Heat, electricity, Wi-Fi, and all sleeping areas remain fully functional, but there will be no running water inside the unit. The housekeeping and maintenance team operates between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Requests made outside these hours will require a work order and will typically be addressed within 24 hours. Supplies are provided sufficient for the number of registered guests; if additional cleaning or extra supplies are needed beyond the standard provision, guests may be asked to either supply these themselves or cover the cost for the additional service.
