Bathroom just got new flooring new sink and base new accessories new led light in the kitchen and cabinets around the sink new paint in the bedroom all new blinds carpets were cleaned For the most part everything was cleaned from the bottom to the top,do to former tenants leaving a mess (Please don't blow up my phone. I'll try to keep up with the first messages I get) Landlord pays for sewer,water,heat Tenant pays for trash removal,power,and or other services No smoking inside the building,no removing battery's from the smoke detector's and co2 detectors No pets No flushing trash or anything other material that's not supposed to be flushed No subletting No harassing other tenants No unreasonable noise No build up of trash inside or outside the building or inside the hallway No modification without landlord's knowledge Maintain a clean and reasonable environment Must have renter Insurance 800 for rent 800 for security deposit 1600$ to move in No previous evictions No conflict with the law Parking is available by the building or on side streets
