Beach condo located steps to Mission Beach and across the street from Mission Bay. This is a fully furnished unit. Owner pays for utilities including, water, trash, electricity, cable and internet. There is no smoking allowed in the unit and in the building. No pets are allowed. The lease is for a minimum of one month as required by San Diego city ordinance. Renewal for another month will require an inspection of the property and new monthly lease. A lease may be extended for a few days on a case by case basis. Tenants may not bring in outside furnishings, nor may they take any furniture or houseware outside of the unit. Tenants are also required to abide by all posted HOA rules. No personal belongings may be left in the common areas. Tenant is responsible for the building Key and garage door control remote. There will be a $300 fee to replace the building key if lost or damaged (as charged by the HOA). No parties or large gatherings of more than 6 people are allowed in the unit or building. Please ensure all sand is rinsed off prior to entering the building from the beach or bay. Owner may enter the unit as necessary to make any urgent repairs or in case of an emergency and will make all efforts to notify tenant with at least 24 hours notice. The unit is in great condition with newer appliances less than 3 years old. Any damage to the unit or furnishings will be charged to the tenant, with the exception of the screen door which has a visible tear.
