Proceeding into the living space of the unit, there are two large windows, looking out over a small lake with trees, bringing plenty of natural light into the unit, and an overhead ceiling fan with light for the evenings. There is a full matching bedroom suite, which includes two dressers, two nightstands, and a beautiful bedframe which suits a full or queen size mattress. Included are also two small bookshelves, and a Roku Smart TV. The bedframe sits in front of a lovely dark blue accent wall, with the two nightstands and lamps, as well as a beautiful ocean painting to create a calming sleep space. All you will need is a mattress and box-spring, which affords you the opportunity to make sure the bed is exactly to your liking. There is also space for a small sofa and chair in the living area if you choose, to set up in front of the TV and create that separation of living and sleeping spaces. To the side of the sleeping area, is the bathroom and closet area, which consists of a nice hallway with an oversized closet on the left, and a vanity on the right, which has one sink, and a large countertop. There is space under the countertop for a vanity stool to sit and get ready in the mornings, or the space will also fit extra storage when needed. Two rolling 3-drawer carts are included as well, which fit either in the closet or under the vanity. Past the vanity, is the entrance to the shower and water closet. Shower includes an updated hand wand shower head, so you can detach it and direct the water as needed. Shower curtain and other bathroom accessories are also included. Coin operated laundry facilities are located down the hall by the elevator. New vinyl flooring throughout the common areas, and the elevator and laundry facilities are well maintained. Parking passes are required, and are $25 per vehicle, paid to Myrtle Beach Golf & Yacht. Pool passes are distributed in the spring, you will receive 5, and they are not replaceable if lost.
