This spacious condo features an open-concept living room with two seating areas, sofas, a Smart TV, and a fireplace. The full kitchen is equipped with a fridge, cooktop, built-in microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and drip coffee maker, as well as cookware and dishware. There is an in-unit washer and dryer, ironing board, and extra storage. Enjoy the indoor dining area and balcony dining overlooking the beach. The resort has a heated pool, hot tub, and direct beach access. Free private parking is available. The condo is located in a prime beachfront area of Holmes Beach. Take a short walk to Holmes Beach Towne Center for shopping, dining, and local attractions. Stroll along the white sands, enjoy the calm Gulf waters, or explore nearby parks and recreational areas. Getting around Holmes Beach and the surrounding area is easy, as the condo is centrally located on Gulf Drive, just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Sarasota and Anna Maria Island are just a short drive away, making day trips simple and stress-free. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in, and security will request an ID upon arrival. Check-in time is 4 PM EST and checkout time is 11 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. We do not allow pets. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside, and if cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250.
