The condo features a one level layout with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The entry to your home features its own keyless smart lock keypad with your own designated code for your stay! Parking won't be an issue here as each condo has a designated off-street parking space next to the home! There is a lovely cafe, Harken, located beneath the neighboring condo.
The open living space, with ample seating and a smart TV, is located just off of the kitchen and dining room making it the perfect space to enjoy a relaxing evening. The kitchen features all stainless-steel appliances, gas stove and plenty of counter space for all your cooking needs.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with ample closet space and en suite bathroom. The master bathroom is roomy with a large sink and a walk-in tiled shower. The guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed with closet space on either side of the bed. All of the beds feature high end white bedding and linens for your hotel-like stay as you call this place your home.

Pets can be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee!
In addition to the security deposit of one full month's rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $375 upon signing the lease agreement.
