This includes: Electricity, Propane, Water, Sewer, Internet Aside from normal wear and tear, tenant (s) will be responsible for the entire expense to repair or replace should any damage occur to the property (includes, but is not limited to - Property structure, walls inside or outside of the unit, Kitchen cabinets and countertops, appliances and fixtures) due to misuse or abuse by the tenant(s) during the term of the lease.
