Up to two dogs are welcome with a flat fee of $125. Requests for a third or fourth dog are subject to approval and an additional $100. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund.

Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused. Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No smoking is allowed inside the house, and there is a $500 fine for violation. No cats are allowed.
