We have a studio for rent in a Victorian Building located close to the 19th Street BART Station, Lake Merritt and Whole Foods in Uptown Oakland. The studio is for ONLY one person and pets are not allowed. Please note the studio does NOT have it's personal bathroom. The bathrooms are in the hallways and are cleaned daily. I am looking for someone who earns at least 3 times the amount of the rent. The studio has hardwood floors and has a kitchen area. There is a small fridge with a hot plate. The building has coin operated washing machines and dryers. There is only street parking. The cost to move in is $900 plus $900 Security Deposit. There is a $25 application fee.
