NO PETS ALLOWED Move in requirements are a $35 Zillow application. It does a credit and background check for us to review. The application is good for 30 days and as many properties as you would like to apply to. We require at least 2X the rent and 2 months proof of income. Income needs to be recent and if transferring or changing jobs, please provide an offer letter from your new employer. We are not too concerned with credit scores, but we are looking to see if you have any evictions or a criminal background that could affect our other tenants.
