Owner pays all utilities including wifi and electric! The lease terms are 1 - 3 months only with possible extension available. The home is pet friendly but will require an additional security deposit and monthly pet rent. We do have a dedicated smoking area for the home - please utilize the outdoor spaces. There is a fee if smoking is discovered inside the home.
