Subleasing & Occupancy:Subleasing is not allowed without written approval.
Only those listed on the lease may reside on the property.
Landlord Access:The landlord can enter the property with reasonable notice for inspections or repairs.
The property may be shown to prospective tenants/buyers before lease expiration.
Insurance Requirement: Tenants must maintain renters' insurance and provide proof before moving in.
Default & Eviction: Non-payment of rent or lease violations can result in eviction proceedings.
Holdover tenants (staying beyond the lease term without approval) may face penalties.
