Smoking Policy Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, vaping devices, and marijuana, is strictly prohibited inside the dwelling 7. Maintenance and Repairs Tenant agrees to keep the premises clean and in good condition and to promptly notify Owner in writing of any maintenance or plumbing issues. Failure to report maintenance problems that result in additional damage may make Tenant responsible for the increased repair cost. 8. Alterations No alterations, installations, or improvements (including satellite dishes, fixtures, or painting) may be made without prior written consent from Owner. 9. HOA Rules (If Applicable) Tenant agrees to comply with all applicable Homeowners Association rules and regulations. Any fines caused by Tenant's violation shall be Tenant's responsibility. 10. Parking (If Applicable) Tenant shall park only in designated areas. No inoperable or unregistered vehicles may be stored on the premises.
