This newly renovated home sits on a quiet, safe street and features a fully stocked kitchen that opens to a massive backyard and deck for grilling and hanging out, as well as a fully furnished downstairs. Everything is clean, modern, and well taken care of. The Rooms: The Master ($1,100) is the largest room with plenty of closet space. The Second Room ($1,000) is very spacious with natural light, and the Small Room ($850) is a cozy, budget-friendly option. Income: Verifiable monthly income should be at least 3x the monthly rent ($3,300). Credit: A minimum credit score of 600 is required. Rental History: We look for applicants with no past evictions or landlord-tenant filings. Background Check: To keep things simple and secure, all applicants complete a background and credit check directly through Zillow.
