The best way to explore Holmes Beach and Anna Maria Island is by car, bike, or golf cart. Quiet time is between 10 pm and 8 am daily. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Pets are not allowed, and unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside, and if cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged.
