This is a non-smoking unit and property! The rent is $1,700 which includes the heat. Tenants pay their own electricity and other personal utilities. One indoor cat (only one) may be negotiable with an additional $250 non-refundable deposit AND an additional $25/month. So sorry, no doggies though.
