Recently refurbished bright, sunny apartment. Wood floors, good sized kitchen with plenty of cabinets. Bathroom has a double closet. Living room good size. Bedroom good size. Walk to North Quincy T (a little under a mile), walk/bike to beach, shops. Restaurants one or two miles drive, depending on which one you choose. Quiet house. Bike storage and some general storage in basement. I'm the owner and I take care of the building.
Owner pays for water. Tenant pays for his/her own electricity and gas. There is no charge for off street parking supplied for one car. My lease requires a one-year commitment which can be extended at tenant's request. No pets are allowed - sorry!
