we are offering this space one day before and one day after the draft.
check in first day 22nd is at 1pm and check out 26 th at 3pm hopefully this accomodates people to get settled in and comfortable.
We would also like to extend the courtesy for travelers outside of the pittsburgh region to accomodate consierge shopping for fresh produce and groceries.

located in the south hills area of pittsburgh, and the location is a short 15 minute drive to acrisure stadium.
we caution participants that the
parking rates in open lots close to the stadium will be in excess of $75 to possibly over $200 per day the closer you are to the stadium.
Mt Washington is a commutable distance by car 15 minute minimum however traffic will be unusual and congested adding 45 + minutes with parking etc.
this location has an option as we provide two tandem off street parking spots in the rear of the property, and on street parking on the front street. front street parking is not reserved.
From 27 Norton take an easy 5 to 8 minute walk or have one person drop your group off off to the grandview overlook nearest the mongonhela incline.
This location has a dramatic view of the pittsburgh skyline ( a must see spot)
the incline is a vernacular railed car transvering the steep hillside to the city. once arriving to station square you exit to the now converted train station which is now a waterfront gallery of shops and restaurants.
This is also the location where there will be 3 Three boats operated by the gateway clipper fleet to shuttle people by water taking approximately 15- 20 minutes to cross to the stadium.
its fun and has a great view from the water.
The boat drops off directly at acrisure stadium.
mongonahela incline one way ticket is $2.50 approximately 23 people per trip
prt app pittsburgh regional transit is $2.75 and can be purchased in advance.
gateway clipper ferri from station square is $6.0 one way, three shuttles will be running continuously and can hold 300 to 500 plus people each way. no advance tickets are available that we are aware of at this time.

1 block to Bus/transit stop on Southern Ave. Traffic could add more time to the commute to acrisure as there are no direct bus routes without transfers into the city and then to a short underground lite rail to the stadium and three rivers Casino

The space is comfortable, and will be furnished with two queen size mattresses.
we are expecting a maximum occupancy of 4 four people for the 5 days, please ask any questions if more accomodations or an additional air bed is necessary.

The main entry is street level and on the 1st floor of a early 50's duplex up and down.
There is a covered 10 x 20 porch with comfortable seating.
Elements of the original house have been reclaimed.
Some live edge lumber has been used from the original structure and worked into the open beam area.
Flooring is the highest end of the laminate choice with long and wide profiles. A lighter natural wood floor compliments the fireplace as well as having a modern twist.
Quaint entry with picket fence and spacious covered outdoor porch/patio.

1950 stone fireplace has been fitted with a real flame electric fireplace, along with some built in industrial shelving.
All stainless appliances including, referigerator, gas range, & over the range microwave.
Washer and dryer for the unit is located in the basement.
1st floor has 1 bedroom, 2nd bedroom on 2nd floor as well as an office/work from home space.
Covered sitting porch, interior ceiling fans,
LED lighting, charging station, new windows quiet and energy efficient.
Occupancy for the longer term after May 1st will be available and some details on utilities are listed below.
Resident pays gas, electric, water, sewer, average budgets for each utility are $75-$125 monthly each
with a combined budget for utilities at $375 per month (estimates based on 2 person occupancy)
We reccomend a call to the individual utilities for actual costs and deposit information.
