Rent is $1500 + $160 (for two people) utility reimbursement (water and electric). Propane is NOT included and responsibility of the Tenant. Tenant will need to get renters insurance. Pets are allowed but are subject to be reviewed by the Landlord. Laundry facilities (coin operated) available on site. Parking located outside of the cabin. Landlord is looking for qualified tenants - 2.5x the rent, no more than 3 people for the unit, no evictions, good credit and proof of income/savings. Tenant must pass pre-screen in order to tour the unit. Tenant will pay the Landlord $160 (for two Tenants) on top of the $1500 rent for Water and Electric. Community wifi is provided as a courtesy. Max of 3 people allowed. Pets are subject to review by the Landlord.
