Situated on the corner of 11th St. NW & Florida Ave. NW, The Lacey's sleek glass and metal structure stands tall alongside the world-famous Florida Avenue Grill, a DC soul food institution that has served The District since 1944. Built in 2009, The Lacey was a collaborative project between the Grill's then-owner and Division 1 Architects intentionally designed to juxtapose the new and old, the past and present.
