The layout spans two levels, offering shared spaces to gather and private rooms to retreat to at the end of the day. The living area provides ample seating, while ceiling fans and air conditioning keep the space comfortable year-round. The kitchen offers a dedicated space for preparing meals, supported by full kitchen amenities and a dining table for shared meals. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Enjoy the private pool and patio, and pool heat is available seasonally. A pet fee of $150 is applied to your reservation. Parking can accommodate one vehicle in the back of the home. Situated within Windsor at Westside Resort in Kissimmee, the home is near shopping, dining, and entertainment, with Disney World and other Orlando attractions a short drive away. Major roads like US-192, US-27, and I-4 make getting around straightforward. Windsor at Westside Resort includes a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, and a huge clubhouse with arcades, bar and lounge. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Late checkouts not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. Failure to take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure can result in fines up to $300.
