Welcome to Malt House Lofts, located near Lafyette Square! We are a mixed-use building that houses Prohibition, Gatsby Events, and Extra Wavy. Featuring studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. We also offer ADA accessible studios. Every apartment is full of history and beautiful architecture, because of that we aimed to maintain its character throughout each unit with exposed brick walls and natural original wood floors and beams. Don't get us wrong, we love the traditional bones but we also love new amenities, so of course we included modern touches with in-unit laundry, a fully equipped kitchen and brand-new, full-sized bathrooms in each unit. Because we share a parking lot with the buildings' businesses, you can pay $100 a month for an assigned spot in our lot so that you never have to search for parking again!
