This is Cabin 13 at Silver Streams Cabin Homes. It is a real cute cabin, having two bedrooms, living and dining area, wood floors. The larger bedroom is a little ways from the bathroom. We have some furniture available if you don't have all of your own. The interior is almost all knotty pine. It has a convenient layout and you can park pretty close to your front door.. There's no problem in getting in and out during the winter time as we're just a short distance of the main road All of our neighbors are good people and they always pitch in to help each other when anything needs to be done that can't be handled by one of the residents. This property is located approximately a half mile from Vallecito Lake, the Valley that it sits in is one of the most beautiful places in North America. The area is known for its outdoor activities and has great hiking and riding trails up the mountains, the lake has many species of fish, the lake allows water skiing, and Boating of all and there is a marina as well. There is an abundance of wildlife, including deer, elk, geese, ducks, turkeys, and other small game. Please excuse the covered porch picture as that is now the extra bedroom. We use a simple one page lease, we do ask for the first and last month's rent plus security deposit. We pay for electric water and trash container use at a charge of $250 per month. You supply your own propane, our residents get a decent price for Propane. We sometimes work with people regarding the last months rent which could be spread over a period of time. It may be possible to do a lease to own agreement for this cabin, which is 1/2 of a duplex. You would be purchasing the entire building, which has the two units and we would be providing the financing. So if you're interested, I can talk to you about that.
