The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a private en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and a wall-mounted 32" smart TV. Quiet hours are between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Indoor smoking, fireworks, and glass around pool areas are prohibited. A designated outdoor smoking area is located 15 feet away from the property. Smoking violations or evidence of indoor smoke smell will result in a minimum $250 remediation fee. No parties or events are allowed, and noise levels must remain below 80 decibels at all times.
