There are five off street parking spaces that are available for lease with sixteen apartments in the building. The remaining parking is on street. Generally, there is a waiting list for the reserved parking spaces. Street parking is good for an urban area as this os on the far east side of Capitol Hill. The building also offers many utilities included in the price of rent. This includes heat, trash, water, sewer, and high speed internet. The only standard utility not included is electric. This is individually metered to each apartment with a house meter paid by the management for the common areas. So you only pay for the electric used in your apartment.
