A cozy nook sitting table is the perfect place for the entire family or group to sit and enjoy their meals together. Both bedrooms feature king-size beds topped in super soft, quality bedding. Tucked between both bedrooms is a full bathroom with a glass walk-in shower, fully stocked with fluffy white towels and basic toiletries. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The minimum age to book is 21. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to their arrival. Any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during quiet hours. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home, and an attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances or decor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check-in.
