Relax and unwind with community amenities including a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and recreation center. In the winter, enjoy direct access to the slopes along with the convenience of the newly updated ski lodge at the base of the mountain. The condo includes dedicated parking in a lot and a one car garage. Tahoe Donner Recreation Center access is available for an additional cost with a 12-month lease. We are open to 6-12 month lease terms, offering flexibility for those looking to enjoy a full season or longer stay in Truckee. Utilities are not included in the monthly rent.
