Rent and Deposit
Base rent is $2,500/month. One-year minimum lease preferred.
Deposit: $2,500 (the base monthly rent).
When signing the lease, you must pay $2,500 (deposit) plus $2,500 (first month's rent), plus the fees for services that you elect (see below)
